Windows 8 is now available as a Developer Preview for those who want to get their hands on this new platform and start developing apps. Bear in mind that this is not a stable version and functionality presented is not necessarily the end release functionality. I highly recommend loading this into a Virtual Machine, unless you want to play with the Hyper-V improvements, in which case you should load it onto a development box.

The look and feel of the Windows platform has been completely revamped, and in coming posts we will discuss both the core application changes and presentation layer changes, especially the implications of the new and improved Hyper-V!
Will Windows 8 be just another Vista??? Or a must have for both Enterprises and consumers alike??? We will find out!
